Does this help with amp draw of the old halogen bulbs? My samuari halogen lights when on cause thing to dim at times. Alternator is brand new too.

I am a sixty something student of your videos ..lol they are top notch for sure ! I am a huge fan of enjoying a beer as my zuk sami gets my attention lol I'm puzzled with how to attach my new radiator sense there was no radiator on it when I purchased it lol Not even any signs of mounting brackets .. just a open space .. I'm rather clueless due to the absence of brackets .. I could fabricate something in that space to mount the new radiator to .. but just wondering how it originally was fastened on ? lol do you have a video on that ?

There are 2 brackets the come up vertically from the frame. If you look you'll see 2 bolt holes on each side near the leaf spring shackles. Glad you're enjoying the videos, thanks for watching! 🍻

Can you tell me how to install an LED light bar with 3 way toggle switch to be run by itself or on with brights but turns off with dims .... I did this years ago on a different sammy but too many bong hits has fogged my memory.Greetings from the n.w. corner of oregon my friend

So I had purchased a harness from you for a 95 Geo tracker ac harness, but we put it in my 96 Geo tracker and now the compressor and condenser will not shut off even when fan and ac button is turned off, I was wondering if there is anyway to use this harness without having to search for another one🤷🏼‍♂️

Could you make a video explaining how to get rid of steering wheel play on a 95 tracker? My tracker is starting to show some play and I’m afraid of it getting worse.

There is an adjustment screw on the top of the gear box. Make very small adjustments and it will take out some of the play. Do not adjust too much or it will bind up the gears

Would you know if that same harness would work for my 95 Tracker? I can assume because they are similar that it will work but want to be 100% tanks

No they are different as the samurai uses a standard round 7" sealed bulb

I checked the 93 Tracker Factory Service manual for an electrical answer for this question. First, a bit of background information: The reason why you need a relay harness inline with LED headlights on the SAMURAI is the fact that, unlike most all other cars made, the Samurai headlight circuit is negatively-switched. This means the electricity flows in the reverse direction through the headlights. This is no problem with standard incadesent headlight bulbs, but is a BIG problem with LED headlight bulbs! The relay harness "reverses" the flow of electricity making it possible to use LED headlights on a Samurai. On page 8A-4-@ of the 1993 Tracker Factory Service Manual (which pretty much applies to every year of Tracker and Sidekick) the headlight circuit diagram indicates that the headlights are positively-switched. Thus, you DO NOT need a headlight wiring harness to convert to LED headlights on a Tracker or Sidekick. HOWEVER... As tony pointed out in his post on Rob Omiston question, you need to buy LED bulbs (if they exist...) for the headlight housing for your particular model year of Tracker/Sidekick. 7" sealed beam lamps will not work.
