Hyatt Cambridge Jewish wedding on a Thursday with a great couple.

Having recently photographed Corey and Rachel’s engagement shoot, I knew right away that the wedding was going to be a great day. They did not disappoint. Everything took place from the getting ready straight through to the last dance at the Hyatt in Cambridge, Massachusetts. You roll the dice when having a wedding in Massachusetts as far as the weather. We couldn’t have asked for, a better day. The temperature was mild and not a drop of rain in sight. We started doing some photography of them getting ready in separate rooms. It was great to incorporate the Boston skyline in the photography of her dress and in the background. They both had so much fun, it made my job very easy to document this part of the day. They did their first look at the sunken in dance floor. You could tell how much they truly enjoy being with each other by the joy that was on both their faces. It was great to do some shots of them and the families again looking over the Boston skyline. I always enjoy photographing the Jewish wedding as there are so many interesting traditions. Whether you’re getting married under the. hoopa, breaking of the glass, or the horah likely to get a great shot. The rest of the evenings was filled with fun, laughter, and a great dance crowd. It was the perfect combination of the candid, photo journalistic imagery, combined with some fun portraits. I’m so glad I was able to be part of the day.
