Honestly among the hotels of this rank in Sofia, certain staff and management of this one is the lowest. In fact, from the very moment of booking on the phone, I was told one price and it was in euros, but when it turned out that it was a price without VAT and accordingly I paid more, I couldn't even pay in euros, that is, I don't even know at what exchange rate they were calculated . I was aware of the fact that children are allowed in the spa area until 12:00, but it was not written anywhere that children are not allowed in the bar after 9:00. It was my husband's birthday and I asked for a cake with a candle on top, but they couldn't manage that either, I understand that I shouldn't have expectations from this hotel. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it for families. To my great distress I forgot a very important glass which was a very important gift given during our stay at the hotel, a few hours after we checked out I called them and they promised to call the next day, of course that didn't happen and after numerous calls from my side, they said nothing was found.
