Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana Ocean View Club Room Review & Tour

We will be there in a week to celebrate our anniversary. We never took our honeymoon, nor have we gone on vacation without our son. We are only about 8 years too late. 😂 We reserved at the last minute (like 2 days ago 😂) & the highest room level they had left was a club 1 bedroom ocean view master suite with butler service. It said online the room had a hot tub on the terrace, & it's almost 1300 sq feet! Ya, I'm going to attempt to do cartwheels, & a back spring off the bed. Lol 🤸‍♀️😂 Joking! I'd throw out my back! Who am I kidding! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I def wanna go to that lazy river on the family side! Thanks for the video! ❤ This is my 2nd time to the DR. I went 2 years ago with my best friend. We stayed at secrets, in a preferred ocean front. I wanted to try a new resort. I hope it doesn't come back & bite me in the butt! This is my husband's first visit to the DR. ❤

Thank you for the room tour. In addition to champagne and beer, do they provide a bottle of liquor in the room?

They did not, at least for our room. That said we did not ask for one either, so it's possible.

We are going in November flying in on a Sunday around 2 pm on American, so likely terminal B from what I've read. We've never been to tne DR. We opted to do the VIP airport arrival and private transfer to tne Hyatt Zilara. We are staying club level in a suite as well. Room Description: 1 King:Club Ocean View Balcony:1238 sq Suite Separate Living Room:Sleeper Sofa:Tub. Any recommendations on dining, butler services, and things/places to avoid? Any issues making dinner reservations? Requesting beverages, as a club level guest, do you get a higher quality cocktail/drink menu at the restaurants and not low quality liquor or beer etc. We've never done an all-inclusive. We usually rent private homes or stay in boutique resorts when traveling in the Caribbean. I thank you for your time.

@shanew7361 So we can’t speak to a butler as we didn’t have one, but I can’t imagine we really missed out … The staff was excellent & helpful when we required assistance & I can’t recall anything I would have requested of a butler … The restaurants don’t take reservations but our waits were never that bad - 30 minutes max & there are plenty surrounding bars to grab a pre-meal cocktail if you’re so inclined 😉 The alcohol selection for club guests is really only available in the club lounges & pools - I’m not sure if there is higher quality alcohol available in the bars & restaurants because we never requested a specific brand when ordering cocktails off the menus. There is nothing we would recommend you avoid necessarily - in our experience, the consistency varies wildly so our mediocre at best dinner at Waves for instance might be a standout to you & your travel party.
