We are going in November flying in on a Sunday around 2 pm on American, so likely terminal B from what I've read. We've never been to tne DR. We opted to do the VIP airport arrival and private transfer to tne Hyatt Zilara. We are staying club level in a suite as well. Room Description: 1 King:Club Ocean View Balcony:1238 sq Suite Separate Living Room:Sleeper Sofa:Tub. Any recommendations on dining, butler services, and things/places to avoid? Any issues making dinner reservations? Requesting beverages, as a club level guest, do you get a higher quality cocktail/drink menu at the restaurants and not low quality liquor or beer, etc. We've never done an all-inclusive. We usually rent private homes or stay in boutique resorts when traveling in the Caribbean. I thank you for your time.

Are you a member of the Hyatt residence club or the room you booked is a club level room? Our situation was the latter and granted us access to the those locations. If you have Globalist status with Hyatt, then you’re automatically granted access to all areas as well.
