What an exceptional video overview of this resort! My sister and her family took our mom and her mother-in-law here a couple of years ago for a vacation and my mom was raving about it. I have never been to Cabo and it’s been well over 20 years since my husband has been and we would love to go and take our young daughter (almost 3 years old as of this comment). Maybe next year (2022) in November. We are members of a vacation club called Real Club that has Playa Resorts as the hotels for the membership. We JUST got back (2 weeks ago) from our 3rd Cancun vacation and I’m ready to start to planning our next Mexican beach vacation but want to go somewhere a bit different. Since we can go the Hyatt properties on our discount, this looks like a phenomenal place to stay. I can’t wait!!

So that’s not really an issue unless someone has a problem that needs to be resolved by calling Expedia. I don’t understand how you add value? Hold times isn’t a problem for the majority. They are fairly strict on the age guidelines, but you can always request an exception from the kids club.

So with the limitless all inclusions, can you have that 25% for multiple activities? For example, if I do an excursion I would only have to pay 25% of the cost, but do I still get that limitless inclusion with everything else?

I think you are confusing the limitless all inclusive policy at Hard Rock, which has more inflated prices on those activities to accommodate for the 25% cost (or 75% discount) Ziva does have discounted add-ons as well, but their program is more straight forward.

The adults only area on the far side of the resort is really nice. That's where Taylor's wife hung out the whole time.

I would recommend Secrets Puerto Los Cabos. It’s adults only and in the same area at San Jose delCabo. My husband and I spent our anniversary there and it was great.

The tides are much too dangerous, the rip currents would have you a mile out in a matter of minutes.

The reason you can’t swim there is there is a nasty rip current and undertows. But the water looks deceptively calm..

The buffet is not self service, rather it is served. This is similar to what they are doing on cruise ships currently as well.
