The January Vogue shoot had been scheduled for a long time. After NJ stated in a press conference that they would only be attending scheduled by Ador events until December 29th, Vogue canceled the shoot. Now both Vogue and the NewJeans account (managed by Ador) and the JeanzForFree account (apparently managed by the girls themselves) have published covers and images from the shoot, which has evidently been reinstated. Some have thought that Vogue has signed with JFF (with whom? they don't have a label), but this is still the same shoot scheduled by Ador. The only difference is that the girls only appear under their stage names, and not as a group NewJeans. This may have only been possible if Ador and Vogue signed a further agreement in which Ador allowed Vogue not to name NJ. The girls presumably refused to appear in the shoot under the NewJeans name, and Ador bowed so as not to violate its branding deals with Dior, LV, Gucci, Omega and Chanel, who dress the girls in the Vogue shoot.

JFF do not have a label, how can you expect them to get branding deals? Who would sign them? Brands sign with labels, not with artists. Vogue canceled the NJ's shoot that was supposed to appear in their January issue. The brands that follow JFF's IG are just strictly observing the contracts they signed with Ador, which require the brands to follow the artist.
