Just coming up to 1.5 years now and everything has worked perfectly. I can’t really comment on the after sales service as we just haven’t needed to contact them. There are a couple of Austrack Hybrid Facebook pages you can join to get more info.

We got Giant 140 Amps from Aussie Batteries. They have been really good so far.

My locks are working fine at the moment but I regularly lubricate them as camping near salt water can quickly cause issues if not lubed. If I was to replace mine, I reckon I would use something like this lockable sash lock below. If you wanted to remove and replace the letter box style locks; it would involve pulling out the whole bar assembly which I believe is siliconed in place and quite a big job. I reckon Facebook Marketplace if second hand. So many vans for sale due to home loan interest rates. Make a list of the must haves like aircon and ensuite etc.
