I had a fitting at Sub70 in August and I bought a set of irons. I wanted to try the driver, fairway and hybrid but they were waiting for their stock of left handed clubs to be delivered so I was out of luck. The fitting was free and very enjoyable and informative. They also gave me a few goodies as a thank you for buying the clubs. I can highly recommend the experience.

I don't personally bother about the looks of a club. It can be pig ugly but if it provides consistency then that's OK to me. To emphasis on that I have a Kasco k2k 55 which is 22°. It is ugly, very toe in so played from that set up the balls going left. When I carry it and use it I just open the club face, it's no big problem. No point using it in the winter months as with the wind we have in UK, I find I can get better performance from my 4 iron. Great review, honest opinions are always better received than sponsored ones.

Just so you guys know, the "C" on the crown of the Cobra is offset towards the heel for a reason. It's so when you're at address and you line up the "C" and ball at that angle, the ball will be in the sweet spot of the clubface. Also, look at the center line on your putter. Measure it from the toe and heel, and it will ALWAYS be heel side slightly. The sweet spot on a club isn't actually always dead center of the face. Great video regardless, guys!

I don’t understand why companies do this as the sweet spot moves around the face depending on what the player delivers to the ball at impact. However that said it’s a good reference point 👍

Sub 70 is the best dtc company out there. Premium clubs at a ridiculous value. I have the TAIII irons, 286 wedges, pro 4 wood, and the 005 wide blade putter. I'll never pay twice the price for big brand clubs again.

Sub70 for me, partly because I’m a Sub70 fanboy but looks better and looking down at the club, the good aesthetics gives me confidence.

I remember when cobra first came out with the baffler I absolutely loved it and went out and got one lol. And I will admit that when I changed my clubs I did regret getting rid of it as it took me a long time to get used to my new one at the time. All hybrids seem to be much the same now and it will come down to each individual now,but great review boys

I think the Adam’s style is different, I remember when the first came out. I think Calloway bought them, you can see the Adams lineage in the first gen rogue hybrids.

Not only that, in a fitting you swing more than 1 shaft. Could definitely dial in both clubs better, I'm sure.

Good vid. I agree with you on the cobra line up mark. It definitely looks more towards the heel which let's it down. Wow lee that's some dispersion with the sub 70

Yes! Rarely see Sub70 reviews. I have their Pro version that has a high face. In US you can Demo their clubs to test first. I don’t know any OEM that does this.

Brent, Hogan has a test and send back program. They sell direct to the consumer also.

Just my opinion BUT, if you put the line up line in the geometric centre of the ball from the angle you are looking at the ball from address then when viewed from behind the ball will be more in the centre of the club and the line up mark offset to the left Is this really a bad thing?

This is 100% true. They're claiming the C on the crown of the LTDx isn't in the center, but this is offset towards the heel due to the fact of how it looks at address. When the C and the ball are lined up at address, the ball IS in the center of the face.

Great video. Does a great dispersion pattern on good hits mean you will get a great dispersion pattern on mishits? Also Sub 70 949x hybrid vs rogue st max os hybrid?

Try a Ping or a Titleist hybrid. Only ones I've found that I can set flat enough to mitigate that.

just cobra products in general......i did enjoy you and mark's review years ago on the one length.....but cobra don't seem to be getting good reviews on most of their products.......they don't seem to match up to any other golf equipment..........😬
