Why should we consider IB=0, to evaluate rb'c ? and Why Vce=0 for evaluating rbb' ??

To calculate output impedance input should be open circuited, and to calculate input impedance output should be short circuited. A rule in network analysis. When input is open, input current ib is zero., And output is shorted, output voltage vce will be zero
