Im really glad i persevered with hybrid picking when i first discovered it on your channel. Lots of slow reps harmonising and practicing finger placements has started to make it feel more intuitive. Took many months and false starts but worth it.

This video contains two of my favourite things - guitars and fluffy animals.😃 That being said, I wish I had started with hybrid picking at least 10 years ago. I spent last few years adapting classical guitar pieces to this technique and it is safe to say that a lot of it is “hybridpickable”. Try swybrid picking to make a best use of your pick if you haven’t already(I feel that swybrid is somewhat similar to the pulgar technique employed by the flamenco guys). Cheers…

Guitars and fluffy animals are a great combination I agree! I've dipped my toes into swybrid picking but it's not something that I find too much use for in my playing at the moment!
