The music and the promotional material of this game paints an incredible atmosphere. I bought the game multiple times (PS2 - PS3 - PC) just to see if the game could capture the feeling it promised. So bad it didn't.

Same here lol, started with PSP, then the Wii then PC except it was over the course of several years. The 2 formers had their flaws (psp was a carbon copy of Own the City and PS2 was a MW reskin/asset flip) but I think they also had some more enjoyable mechanics compared to the PC/7th Gen console editions I wish someone could do a redux project of undercover but the game seems to have been forgotten along with Nitro :(
