GTI need IS38 to make top end power. Is20 runs out of breath at 4500rpm, if you are racing you are above 4500rpm after shifts

My current R has the same setup at the moment. time wise its basically the same but adding 300lb. once i start racing more ill be able to tell if its similar.

At that high starting speed, the DSG advantage is minimized and the HP advantage of the other cars is too much for the MK7 to keep up. You get maybe 2 shifts in before you're out of gears. I think a lower speed roll race would've kept things closer.

My god that's fast. How could he pull on those cars with an is20 hybrid? Tpc20 puttin' in work. Incredible, I wonder if a DSG is faster he loses time on his shifts. Although it has worse gearing it might be faster, at least up to 110.

I've yet to lose to a DSG car. And my shift times arent slow, 0.2 seconds on average. With my PB being 0.12 seconds

@@SportyMk7 Yeah but the real magic of what makes many DSG's fast is the fact they can hold all boost between gears and why supercars pretty much exclusively use DCT's. I hope you realize it's virtually impossible for a manual transmission car to shift in 120 ms as you suggest. is this the time it takes for you to yank the lever down into gear? The fastest manual shifter on the planet would still get dragged as soon as he goes to shift vs an identical car with a ZL1(auto) or DSG(with a good TCU tune if it's a basic VW model). I think they're close because of gearing potentially that's where the manual equalizes it but the idea you can even contend the moment that DSG trans shifts is false. A TCU tune isn't unrealistic here given we're racing with hybrid turbos and the whole shebang

EQT's standard housing is larger than an Oem is20 housing. which is where the TPC20 and Vortex differ. Tpc20 will give you the most is20 feel out of any hybrid ATM. But a Vortex 'may' have more top end. ive yet to race a Vortex car but ive ran a DBV1 car and pulled him top end so...

Is good to 520 whp.. The torque will breaks everything.. Around 420wtq after you need to upgrades rod + piston.
