Nagpur highway is highly developed area. In Kompally the land price is Rs 70000 per Sq yard. All big projects are coming up. Development is at par with Mumbai highway.. You name any builder he has his venture. Kandlakoya is designated as new it hub. Lot of villa projects came up with starting price above Rs 2 cr..

Sir These real estates advertising is taking toll on middle class. All these areas you can buy but most of these areas the values are not appreciating in last 2 years. You can't sell your plot after these agents move to next venture. Do your work on your own before venturing....
