Hyderabadi Beef Yakhni Degi Biryani by Tender Meals

Today I am sharing with you a very tasty recipe of Beef Yakhni Biryani which is also called Degi Biryani. It's easy for beginners to handle.
Ingredients :
For Yakhni :
Beef 1 kg
Green chillies 5-6
chilli buttons 5-6
Salt 1 and a half tbsp
Onion 2 small
Garlic 1 bulb
Star Anise ( badian)
Cloves 8-10
Black cardamom 4
For Biryani:
Rice 1kg
Onion 2 big
bay leaf (Tez pat)2
Garlic ginger paste 1 and a half tbsp
Green chillies 4-5
Salt if required ( to taste)
Tomato 2 big
Homemade biryani masala 2 tbsp

Oil half cup
Yogurt 1cup
Kewara essence 1 tsp+water 1 tbsp and 2 pinch of orange food color
