Omg that sauce was truly one of the best condiments I've ever made. And the biryani was exceptional too, thank you so much. The only point to add is that I cooked the chicken like it was a normal biryani instead of making separately. ALSO is there a mistake on your list about adding 3 tbsp salt? That seems a lot. I added only 1.5 tbsp and that seemed enough but then again i used only 4 cups of rice. Really appreciate your ingredients list too, thank you❤

You can use a store bought biryani spice mix instead if you don't have everything and if only cooking for 2 - 4 people, use 2 cups of rice (3 cups stock) and 1kg chicken, salt to taste.
