ingredients:
500 g chicken
10-12 almonds +10-12 cashews +2-3 pieces of coconut +2-3 green chilies( make a fine paste )
1/2 handful of mint leaves +1/2 handful of coriander leaves
2 medium size fried onion( crushed or make a coarse paste )
1/4 cup butter (50 g)
1/4 cup oil (50 g)
1/2 cup yogurt (100 g)
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp caraway seeds ( shahi zeera )
2-3 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 cinnamon stick
4-5 cloves
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 coal

Indeed the recipe is awesome. Bt cn u plz enlighten me on this issue tht if a non stick is nt used thn usually dishes which hv ingredients like bhuna chana, kaju paste, almond paste r added in the dish before sauteing thm thy easily stick in the bottom & usually either u cnt saute thm properly or saute let it burn. Any solutions?
