Hyderabadi Mutton Korma Recipe
Hyderabadi Mutton Korma is a semi liquid gravy with Mutton and it a tasty recipe its gravy is thickened by adding roasted , Poppy seeds and Coconut and peanut also curd give it a smooth texture and tangy taste adding Garam masala or Mutton masala make it more Aromatic and Flavorful, also coriander leaves and mint leaves is must in Hyderabadi korma ,Here i use 1 1/2 kg mutton and all ingredients are accordingly the recipe , Korma is usually serve with Hyderabadi Naan in Hyderabadi Functions and gatherings , Do try This classic recipe of Hyderabad and share your feedback how it turns out
Ingredients
Mutton Marination
Mutton 1 1/2kg
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbs
Salt to taste
Turmaric powder 1 tsp
Red Chilli powder 2 tbs
Raw papaya paste 2 tsp
For Masala Paste
Coconut 200 gm
Poppy Seeds or Khuskhus 5 gm
Phalli or Peanut 150 gm
Onion 1 big size
For Khorma
Oil 2 cups
Onion 1
Dhaniya powder 1 tsp
Zeera powder 1 tsp
Curd 500 gm
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint Leaves 1 bunch
Mutton Masala Powder 2 tsp or add 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
Lime juice 2
