Green Cardamom= 12
Clove= 12
Salt= 2 tbsp
Curd= 600 gm
Clarified Butter= 400 gm
FOR THE PASTE:
Cashew= 70
Almond= 70
Milk
Green Chilly= 10
White Pepper= 1 tbsp
Green cardamom Powder= 1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander Leaves= 1 cup
Peppermint Leaves
Garam Masala= 1 tbsp
Milk= 600 ml
Water= 2 liter
