Same shit happened to Lang and Crew on a run 30 cops bikes multiple interceptors and a heli that seemed to never run out of gas. Any kind of meth/heroine run is impossible. Koil buffed it a tad bit but of course Wiseguy heard about it and completely nerfed it again. Only devs like DW are allowed to have super fast cars. Plus Wiseguy mainly plays cop now so the PD chargers and interceptors and especially bikes are tuned by him to be the fastest cars on the whole server.

Summary: successful meth run, but Ramee is such an SBS driver he needed rescue like 5 times and then they threw bombs...and got shot. RIP. Ramee needs to be driven by a better driver in those situations. They were super lucky not to be shot earlier given that Ramee started ramming cops at 130+ mph, but he couldn't take a W and walk away, had to keep getting himself chased.
