By the time this video aired the tabs we used to clamp the jack to the black base plate had been improved. There is however little stress on the wing nuts as the majority of the force is down. We used wing nuts so that this could be accomplished without tools. We did conduct side load tests.

The Safe Jack people just added jack pads to fit the axle tubes on Semi-trailers, trucks, pick-ups, RV's and 4X4s.

We have all used a stack of blocks under a jack and dumb luck has let us live to tell about it. This system would have been really handy when I was still farming. It seems that I was always laying under some busted piece of equipment with a jack and a stack of blocks. Working in soft soil is worse. The base plate would have been so nice.

The pieces are available as individual parts today and will be available as kits within the week. V topped jack pads will be available soon and two other adapters were not mentioned in the video. These adapters adapt 12 or 20 ton jacks to the jack extensions. The jack extensions are sized to fit the most popular 6 ton hydraulic jacks. We do custom work.
