bali tama lang kasi n=e/(1+e) so pag nilagy mo siya doon sa formula magiging Vs = V/e/(1+e) = V(1+e)/e

I don't understand what is being said here but my understanding is that seepage velocity is always less than discharge velocity.

I'm not into hydraulics, but... Can we say this is the hydraulic analogous of Ohms law? The conductance (conductivity times area divided by length) is given by the current intensity (Q/t) divided by the potential difference (h). On a side note: what tablet/pen did you use to write that beautifully?
