Man out here putting in the effort for a real iron man suit! People think it’s not possible and maybe not exactly how it is in the movies, but the really unrealistic part is how quickly he makes the suits. It takes lots of time, patience, and hard work. Good work man! This is awesome!

It's almost entirely built of steel. Nothing exotic.

Remember that the exoskeleton should have torsion limits where the human body does, so that it doesn't twist your arm, leg or spine. good luck!

Hi. This was a concern of mine before I even began building. So I designed it so that when the hydraulic cylinders are at maximum extension and retraction the joints are also at their max, which is all within the safe human range. So such injuries are not possible.
