what is the cost of replacing a pump jack with a HRP for a 7200ft well pumping oil/water at about 40BOPD? Do you have units that run on NG?

Very nice inovative oil Pumps for sure. Looks like the work of a CHogeenie did they put him back in the bottle ? Nobody will know I suppose.I wish I could show him my off road vehicle to see if he approves. Mike's friend B Birch Full Size Bronco is what I am typing about. It isnot a race truck but for a daily driver 4x4 prerunner style it is not too bad for sure. Long travel King shocks and a lot of work on it it off roading does well and give some permagrin. At least for me it does for sure.I remember a off road race car CH & JT had so ?

This system must have an inner stuffing box very efficient, otherwise the hydraulic oil will go slowly contaminating the oil that sticks to the polished rod, especially if it is a heavy, viscous crude.

The pumping unit is more reliable IMO. I don’t care for these hydraulic systems.

Welcome & thanks for stopping by ! Everything comes with a price, or a trade-off. Beam pumping units are great workhorses for longevity but they cannot do what an HRP can such as change stroke length on the fly, or continue pumping with a partially sticking bottom hole pump, to name a coupe of examples. Likewise, hydraulic systems do require more frequent surface maintenance than a beam pumping units, but the type of maintenance is vastly different. A former employee used to manage beam unit maintenance for a large field for one of our customers before he came to work for us. His comment was revealing: ~"People often believe beam units are lower maintenance, while in reality they are far more expensive. When they need work, it's much more difficult & expensive because you often need a crew and a crane to do repairs, like replacing a wrist pin bearing." We won't claim to be a panacea for all problems, but we are an alternative solution with very unique features. Thanks again for the comment!
