No heat shrink connectors? How long will that ground wire splice last swimming in salty bilge water? No labels anywhere? This is not a reflection of Bennett, but on Grady White doing the install. How much more would it cost to do things right? $5 and 10 minutes? What a shame, that the install looks neat bad it won't last. And we wonder why electronics crap out all the time... SMH

Came here to say the exact same thing, Bennett is top notch but this truly is a shame, the installers pride themselves on install speed rather than the highest quality of workmanship. Also they're supervisors fault for the training and allowing this crap. I use solder seal connectors and add a second marine heat shrink over that, costs cents more per connection and adds less than a minute per. No callbacks

The crimp tools they use puncture heat shrink connectors so its not going to help too much with heat shrink connectors with bad tools.

I agree, it's odd that the right switch controls the left side and LED's. It would make sense on a Cat that has 2 bows. I'm glad I watched this video. I have to get my vintage 1983 tabs working. This would have driven me crazy if I fixed mine but the LED's were opposite.

Does this system works like a brake system that needs to bleed in order to remove the air from the lines? Im about to install this system in my boat and want to do it the right way once. Thanks

LOL "Zip tie the excess wires neatly" as she proceeds to make a complete rats nest. Not sure what boat manufacturer this is but I just hope it isn't mine.

Well that is some proper doggy wiring, you should be asjamhed of that level of workmanship, then there is the nylon pipes cut with blunt pliers which had to be reshaped to fit into the brass fittings, just use a sharp knife or a proper pipe cutter, both cheap tools.

solid simple clearly smart guy lays it out - if you can't diagnose your TT's after this, go ahead and BLOW some $$ on a tech who will do exactly this !

Why is that, other than not an easy way to add fluid if there’s a small leak. ( appears it has a filler stack, just saw that now on another video).
