Absolutely brilliant removal of the shaft, I take as read that all Method Statement, Task Risk Assessments have been approved by the HSE department and Tool Box Talks have been conducted !

Thanks for showing the brick plant too! I’m sure your customer is happy to have another mixer at a cost that was probably reasonable too. I like these videos as they show how things can be done. Not everyone in the world has access to the newest stuff. A little human ingenuity makes up for a lot. Would love to see a follow up of it working in the brick plant.

I enjoy the repair videos because at no point is it clear to me whether things were being repaired, recycled, retrofitted, or fabricated. What broke? Haven't the foggiest. But we sure did a lot of work.

at about 3:00 into the video, you can see that one of the mixer arms is broken off.

much as I enjoy seeing the weight dropping from the crane, I think you ought to build a hydraulic press,the time saved on this job alone would cover the cost of a press!

@hydraulichands3 ай бұрын
Ah, you've got us there! Our machines do have a bit of a vintage vibe, don't they? 😄 But hey, they may be oldies but goodies, and our machinists have certainly mastered the art of working with them. Self-taught and proud of it! Who needs fancy modern equipment when you've got ingenuity and a knack for tinkering? Thanks for appreciating our unique setup! 🛠️👨🔧🎉

I wonder if films like this can be shown in college classrooms? You’d think this would mean some thing to kids looking to learn what real work can mean. These guys were watching could work anywhere in America regardless of a diploma, there being taught to solve the problem and understand the function, as a project manager, that’s huge!

Who needs textbooks when you've got firsthand experience with these skilled machinists? They're the epitome of adaptability and critical thinking, qualities that are invaluable in any workplace, diploma or not. It's all about understanding the function and mastering the art of problem-solving, which are essential skills for any aspiring project manager. I can see going home at night and having nightmares concerning how this mess has to go back together. American enginuity would ...no, the union s wouldn’t let us touch this.

Haha, nightmares about our workshop chaos, huh? Don't worry, we promise it's all part of the plan... well, sort of! 😄 But hey, we like to think of it as a testament to our ingenuity and creativity. As for American ingenuity and unions, let's just say our approach might be a bit too 'out there' for some! But hey, we're all about breaking the mold and embracing the challenge. Thanks for joining us on our wild ride! 🎢🛠️😅
