Hey so the reason your Montana Gold won't work while being an amazing spray paint is it's acrylic based, which generally means water based. Water and water... Well it just mixes together. Your Rustoleum and spray paints of that nature are oil based, which is why it is suspended and sits on top of the water.

Just a question what do you do for the water inside of the shoes did you know that especially hose water can cause microscopic fungus in your shoes (phew) that’s what causes stinky feet your a teenager I guess that doesn’t matter anyways just a thought on coming up with something the protect water from entering submerged shoe it and remember it doesn’t matter if the shoe is dried with the moisture of your feet will activate fungus just a thought they look nice though...
