I started that work a few years ago. Started at 17. It's tough work. 10ks, 20k 40k. The new Jetstream machines are amazing but it doesn't make the work any easier 😂

We had 2 angle irons with a 1 inch washer in the middle to tie off the doorway. You need a stick and an air chuck as a tip. Volume of water. Not pressure

Worst position possible, making the core taking the pressure and risking back injuries. You need to face the pressure straight without any rotation on your core. use your body weigth to counter balance and put the opposite foot in front
