very practical and applicable content.. I find your fitness to waves videos extremely useful. Flexibility is most definitely the single biggest factor holding my older body back on the pop up

Flexibility isn't my issue, my issue is the technique in the actually hacking moves :( but I can get pretty vertical on my back hand but can't pick up speed as good as I can forehand. But my forehand I can't get vertical to the top :( but I still suck at picking up speed (pumping) on forehand
