Love the video, I made the switch to micro drip also. I looked at purchasing the troll master setup, actuators, inline pump, etc and it’s kinda pricy and complicated. So I ended up running with one 1/6hp little giant sump pump per 48 plant(96 emitters) zone on a programmable digital timer and a blue lab hand held media ec tester. Worked great and is waaayyyy cheaper and easy to run. I am going to up grade for $70 from ac infinity for their new controller 75. It’s a 110v relay plug that connects to their UIS platform, can program whatever timed schedule or temp humidity set points for any 110v equipment.

3:20 “…. kind of a relic to history at this point…” (talking about the LED light units. …. meanwhile I’m here with single ended 600w HPS (good reflectors, lamps and ballasts tho) running all winter! Even use 600watt metal halides in propagation & early vegging area. In summer (which is usually pretty short) I take out half the HPS and hang 1 LED unit (draws about 420watts) - they definitely help keep the temperature down and spin the electric meter a bit less but I’m certain that buds directly under HPS is more dense than buds directly under the LED (and not getting much spillover light from nearby HPS lamps)… now my partner says he can’t feel any difference in density… maybe it’s subjective but I’m sticking with HPS for the foreseeable future! It’s served me so well for years. If I lived in a warmer climate then I would have to go to LED only. Must be a huge expense having to run AC to keep rooms cool. First vid I’ve seen from this channel, gonna check out follow ups from this room & subscribe. This looks like a promising room and the grower delivers all the relevant info in a clear way.

Very nice effort Gene; I appreciate the walk through. Is your run off collecting, or just running out of the building? At 1/2 gph, how often and how long do you irrigate? Do you attempt to mitigate a slower plant or a faster plant in terms of growing 9 per side, or do you assume they will all follow suit in terms of feed needs, etc? In other words if you're growing 9 per side, and 2 don't need as much feed, and 2 need more than what they're getting, do you attempt to find an average or do you mitigate each plant to its needs? Thank you.

Definitely a hard learning curve so far I was shooting for a 3 week veg and apparently add a 2 month veg the month vedge due to unhealthy clunhealthy cuts and learning ti dialing in the feed times. If you don't mind how much was that irrigation controller and can you control psi/gpm on there as well?
