All leafy vegetables are great for DFT. Other than these if you want to grow at home you can grow Cabbage, Cauliflower, Cucumber, Broccoli can be grown in DFT. For large plants such as gourds, tomato, etc grow bags or containers with cocopeat OR Dutch buckets are ideal

I want some clarification about hydroponic solutions. As my EC and TDS not matching . Eg. if I require EC of 3 and TDS 2000ppm for some plant. Even after acquiring EC of 3, TDS value remained low say around 1000ppm. What should I do? As if I add more fertilizer solution it will also increase EC.. please correct what I am doing wrong

Different companies use different conversion factor for EC - TDS. Some use, 1 EC= 500 ppm TDS and some use 1 EC = 700 ppm TDS and so on. For now you can forget EC if you want, just use TDS. I have always mentioned nutrient solution strength in my videos in ppm (TDS). If your EC is 3 and TDS shows 1000 ppm then this is not right. Please double check your TDS meter. 1000 ppm TDS should be equivalent to 1.4-2 EC

Using ammonium sulphate in more than required quantity will supply excess urea/ammoniacal nitrogen which can burn plants. Stick to potassium sulphate and mono ammonium phosphate

The fertilizers i mentioned in my video contains all necessary amounts of nitrogen, phosphorus and Potassium. Calcium Nitrate contains Calcium and Nitrogen. Mono Ammonium Phosphate contains Nitrogen and Phosphorus, Mono Potassium Phosphate contains Potassium and Phosphorus, etc I hope it helped
