It really is! The hull is sort of a hybrid between a deep vee and a heat racing boat, giving it a good mix of speed and turning performance, and rough water handling.

I haven't found such info, so did my own measurements. Tested my Inception (stock except ESC - installed a 150A one) with AMP meter. Peaks: 157A on 6S with 4S prop(60mm) , 149A on 6S with 6S prop (56mm). Top speed so far - 89km/h.

are you running on stock setup? what prop are you using in the video and what is the discharge rate of the lipos?

Stock setup in the video. Haven't measured the discharge rate, but the batteries get HOT!

It does not. However, I found this boat to be one of the more stable hulls I've run. I had a very hard time rolling it, even when turning almost full rudder at high speeds.

I saw so many videos here in KZbinr that I got tow important matter of your boat . 1.Can it reverse ? 2.Power starting system water tach ? I mean this boat Motor power switch can't connected in water that's why it not safe mode in open air . I got so many rc boat they was start in water touch when keep ready for run . did you notice much if any chine walking ? maybe i should have got this instead of a spartan? my spartan will do 48 but chine walks pretty bad .

that must be a spartan thing only . if this boat wasnt so power hungry i might grab one . but i seen a video where a guy melted his xt90 together and only got a couple minutes run time on new graphene lipos . ever do any further testing on it ? like amp draw?

I recently got the same boat. I bought two-pairs of these closeout 60C packs from ChinaHobbyLine. chinahobbyline.us/product/content/201511/312.html Had to solder on the XT90 connectors, but they seem to work great for only $76. :-)

No luck needed! It's a strong hull, actually stronger than many of the el-cheapo fiberglass layup hulls out there that split at the seams if you breath on them wrong. I'll stand behind this ABS hull 100%.

rcgvideos , does this boat have the over heating issues as the traxxas spartan for example? I almost bought one and then backed out last minute and then later on found out that the Spartan is notorious for overheating and even catching fire!!! i'm glad I backed out. I also have heard fiberglass hulls are better than ABS why is that and what makes this hull so much better? I'm new to the RC hobby and am wanting to get a boat really bad especially now that I have the wife on board with it!! (no pun intended)

Hi, dear Ricardo! Sorry, but I decided to answer you. I have the same rc boat, only red. I tried used HRB 2x 3S 5000mAh 50C (100C) and HRB Graphiene 3S 5000mh 100C (200C) and they showed poor results :( I think these batteries do not have a declared constant discharge :( I recommend using the more popular and time-tested brands of LiPo batteries constant discharge of at least 70C (140C Burst).
