#Minimalism Books
When I first started with the journey of minimalism, I knew I wasn’t going to be able to do it alone and I didn’t know many other people who were following a similar path as myself. So books become the essential key, I absorbed everything that I could whenever someone recommend. Here are the 3 books that helped me a lot:
1. Goodbye, things - Fumio Sasaki: amzn.to/2Wmu6Rp
Fumio Sasaki’s tone is contemplative, sincere and open-minded. Goodbye, Things is so spot on by discussing how your whole lifestyle, thought process and perspective can change. Reading this book gave me such a sense of relief!
2. Soulful simplicity - Courtney Carver: amzn.to/2Wlk5nM
This book is easy to read, very well written. Soulful Simplicity has helped me better understand the emotional burden of my physical clutter, and how it has contributed to my mental clutter.
3. Digital Minimalism - Cal Newport: amzn.to/2VZRnJX
Cal goes one level higher for WHY to pursue digital minimalism. Cal explores a new idea that social media use and technology are affecting us in ways we did not expect, and that digital minimalism is the answer.
Other books mentioned in the video:
4. Deep Work - Cal Newport: amzn.to/3aT8qBO
5. The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up - Marie Kondo: amzn.to/2WktCvm
