Used to just hang out in the observatory and let this loop, loved this track back then and still do. Such a deceptively dark game i now realize.

When ever i think of this song i think of Christmas, The spirit of the season to be exact. Sometimes i even rethink my life and question the universe.

I actually find it quite calming, especially in a world like Termina, where a moon is always pressuring you to get a move on, but in here I feel like it's a happy space in a dark atmosphere. This song just makes me feel safe.

The composition is very ambiguous... the instrumental gives it either an epic dimension, or dramatic, or sad, or truely happy... Strange song, but i love it
@totallyjerd17517 жыл бұрын
I honestly think that it sounds quite inspirational. It makes you want to get up. It is almost as if it is whispering, "Get up or I'll sew your skin into a pair of socks for Dobby. #FreeElf." Beautiful, no?

Very late comment but I've been listening to this for years, and it still means the world to me. I wrote lyrics I thought would go along with this, and it's one of the most passionate projects I've ever worked on. Bottom line, you are a fantastic creator and your music inspires me.

Another beautiful remix. I really like how different from the original song your remixes can get, all while maintaining some of the same feeling. This is mysterious like the original, but also happy and somewhat emotional.

An escape from the troubles of the world, a need to relax. Set your sights upon the heavens, the stars guide you, the night ever watching. The stars mourn. That peace now missing, the moon's tears rain upon the world. To see these things that no one else can, you bear the responsibility of that ability. A hero's work is never done for in order to heal the land one must also heal the skies, but where to start? Would you like to look through the telescope? The moon's sorrow rains upon the land.

Enzo Lebold Perhaps, but his work in the field of physics may lead to many more discoveries over time, some of which may affect our fate, especially if they are applied to the field of engineering.

Haha, you believe MM is a kids game? that's why you're almost ashamed of being 20? This game is dark as the darkest side of the world.. if you dig deep enough into the story, you will find a lot of creepy things and tbh, you don't really have to dig that deep.. this game should be rated R18. Creepy as fuck

This is going to sound weird, but this always made me think of Harry Potter. I read the first three books (the only ones out at the time) when I was playing this game and its predecessor. The observatory with its spiral staircase and glittering mystery, coupled with the wise old man in blue made me think of Dumbledore's office.

That picture is actually concept art, from before the game was really finalized and they knew what they were making. Do you kind of get the different...feeling about it? Not quite the same atmosphere of the game, huh? Notice the moon doesn't even have a face. It could just be a little cut detail we never actually got to see.
