Wunderschön,ein so tolles Lied. Ich habe es zum Adventskonzert in unserer Heimatgemeinde das erste Mal gehört und war begeistert. Auch dort von Bläsern vorgetragen. Absolut Gänsehaut Feeling 😊

Outstanding. Played this many times. Lots of meaty parts for percussion.

Why is the percussion section of every band always a bit scruffy haha Like the brass is well presented but the percussion always have loose collars or rolled up sleeves lol
@bensonchen39154 жыл бұрын
I guess it’s just that percussion has more movement. Cause like we brass only need to move our lips and fingers, percussion moves their whole arm
@Ryufengg3 жыл бұрын
By loosing our collars and rolling our sleeves we are able to move faster and sweat lesser even tho it might be in a air conditioning room. Thank you

Any band which is completely male (except the triangle player!!!) has to be formed on a very sexist basis, coming from the top down. I am a brass teacher and lifelong musician (I played this horn solo at the beginning many years ago) and I know full well there are just as many, if not more female brass players (when I was a school teacher, my roll was over 95% female). It is clearly a band based on selection based on gender. Very sad because females offer so much more warmth and expression in their delivery in general. I refuse to listen as a result.

There’s a female cornet player too

What country did you teach in? In Austria, it is rare to find any females in any band, so for this band to have two would mean that they're the exception.
