I'd like this lesson explained measure by measure. It would be most helpful. Thanks!

Thank you so much. Your playing is so clear snd fresh sounding. And your suggestions are doable. I injured my right hand so octaves are difficult. You show how to use them sparingly but effectively…. And easy enough to play

My Preacher wants me to play the invitation loud. Our congregation does not sing during this time and if anyone is talking to the Preacher/Deacon I play loud so no one can hear what is being said. However, this lesson has given me some ideas how to play the songs we use for the alter call. Thank you so much for these lessons!!

Can I ask if invitations are supposed to be play slow or moderate? or there are songs to be played in different tempos? Thanks in advance!

Moderately is best. Think of it as a prayer that you would speak. It shouldn't be rushed but I believe any type of song can be used as an invitation as long as it is played somberly and humbly.
