Just been doing some research on my the parkrun where I grew up as I fancy doing it, 25 years or so I lived there and I think even I would get lost in that wooded area!! 😂 Saw you at Northwich a few weeks ago which is my new home parkrun!

That's a very nice wooded park run but is certainly confusing! Some tough hills in there too... Great running

Yeah it is a good run and we were lucky because it was mostly shaded. The hills were quite subtle and challenging.

My home Parkrun, I spotted myself at around 27:12, you was way ahead of me! Great running again mate!

My favourite part of this Parkrun is the free refreshments afterwards.
