As someone who works in ticket sales, the ticket seller is based on who sells tickets to the venue first and not who the touring company wants to use. If the venue sells their own tickets, they would be able to significantly reduce the cost. Ticketmaster has a monopoly on tickets on every arena in the US and is trying to continue to every medium and smaller locations as well. Hybe would not be able to have a tour at any of these locations without selling through Ticketmaster. That being said, companies need to be more vocal. The Cure already proved it is possible for change to happen, I just think these companies are getting too lazy and would rather stay silent than be at risk of losing access to these arenas. So no, the blame is not only on Hybe. The system is broken, and pretending like it's just one company is ridiculous. Since the T Swift Ticketmaster issue, people have been speaking up and begging congress to make dynamic pricing and the monopoly as a whole illegal, but we all have seen how that is going so far...

A lot of the responses in these comments are quite ignorant. The n word is an offensive word used against black people. Do your research. Black people have reclaimed it because it’s our right. There’s absolutely no reason non black people should be saying it. Doesn’t matter if it’s in a song. I’m getting tired of people coddling idols when they sing along to it. In the big year of 2024, people should be aware on how offensive that word is. Like there is no excuse. Yes Hyolyn apologized but black fans don’t have to accept her apology if they don’t want to. It irks me when idols do something offensive to a certain community but don’t acknowledge that community in their apology. They just put “to the people I hurt”. I disagree. I wasn’t allowed to curse when I was a younger but I listened to songs that had cursing. You know what I did? I didn’t say the curse word. I still don’t curse and I still listen to songs that have a bit of cursing in it, but I still don’t say the curse word. I am not the only person who has done this. If as a child you knew not to say a curse word at least in front of your parents then it should be really simple for grown adults not to say a slur in a song. I read about a Korean soccer player who felt uncomfortable when non Korean fans sang a song with a derogatory Korean word in it and asked for foreign fans not to say that word. If non Korean people can understand not to say that Korean slur then non black people can definitely understand not to say the n word. People make not saying the n word more complicated than it really is.

It's incredibly upsetting, how some idols are using the N-word in their videos like it's no big deal, ignoring all the hurt and history behind it. It's not cool, and pretending they don't know better just doesn't cut it. Korea isn't isolated from the rest of the world, and these idols are clued into global cultures, especially rap and hip-hop, IN 2024 believe me they know why this is so wrong. Using that word isn't trendy or edgy; it's hurtful and shows a lack of respect for the experiences of others. Music should bring us together, not remind us of our worst times. Allegedly a fight broke out between ZB1 fans who want Jiwoong out of the group and Jiwoongs fans. 3. Someone peed on the floor (the person apologized on twitter) 4. Someone pooped on the floor (and on other people which made the whole venue smell of poo) + (the person apologized on twitter) 5. People claim there were used c0nd0ms in trash cans [Update] 6. There were people having s3x in the standing area (oh and the poop couldn’t be cleaned until after the show was over, so the idols and fans had to endure the smell the rest of the show)
