bike died yesterday bc stator failed and battery went dry i got two push starts from passer by's but it completely died after a while i had to leave my bike and hitch hike home. i will try your fix and swap out my stator , love from Australia!

The cooling fan was off, so I don’t know the mechanic here what to do. He turned it on, but the f1 sign was shown and the lamp does not always light up after operation, and the radiator is very hot, as it is always so hot that it has holes for water smuggling and the holder of the bike was working when I download it now it does not work without it I raise the entire stand except for the upper position, so what is this please?

Hi.. I have starting problem with hyosung gt 250r... If I go to start bike doesn't start.. Sometime starts with 1 shot.... And when running for long time , if I stop and try to start again it doesn't start. But engine turning.... I checked fuel pump, injector, battery good, spark plug Can u suggest me wat can be the problem

Hi! How did you know the stator was at fault? What resistance should the wires coming from the stator show?

Hi one question after you change everything did you use a new gasket cover or you used the old one ?? If the old one is ok it is necessary to apply rvt silicone?? Thanks

@@henrybottia3937 It's been ages..😄 For me, nothing was wrong there. If reworking, use another gasket, they're cheap. Else use a thin coat of RTV to close it up, if it's 1-component. Don't bother with the other silicone types where you have to mix from 2 tubes, it'll ruin your oil and the engine next. The secret to getting proper voltage across the bike are the wires: the company gave a 3rd class harness which causes all kinds of baloney. Replace the entire run from connector to connector where there's a sag. Any good electrical wire of correct thickness wrapped with a layer of electrical tape will do. Good Luck.

It shows me f1 on the screen hasong st7. 2013 and there is no mechanic here who understands haysong and I always notice a hole cut in the water radiator and I fix it and it repeats. @@enginetorque5975 Just wondering I have a hyosung gt 650 and is discharging very quickly out on the road and the lights go dim at night and the clocks all act up and is that the stator that is causing this problem. And when I had the stator off one of the coil segments were black.
