Most underrated member of GG. Her voice is so unique and it has that edge to it, that some other members (not naming who) haven't got, and yet they all get wayyyyyyy more lines than her. I want Hyoyeon to have a solo career!!!!!!!! She's amazing, and this happens quite often in kpop groups; some members don't get to show their real talent, and they get overshadowed by other members who may not be that good.

I think her voice is too soulful, deep, and stylized (it has an appealing raspy sound) for SNSD and that's why they don't showcase her voice as much. I think she should seek out a solo act, even if on the side, to showcase her voice. Perhaps seek more hip hop sounds or something jazzy. I think girls like her and Amber from f(x) lose out because they don't conform to the two types of kpop stars that there are - cutesy or sexy. Not saying she isn't either, but she doesn't have the cute chipmunk appeal of Sunny or the sultry appeal of the girls in Taetiseo.
