Minji: the lime boy and her are flirting, he writes her name on his hand after she paints her nails green because of her hair color (getting sad because she changes it to pink) they write to each other and at the party she looks for him to talk but he falls asleep, but at the end she stays talking to him.... it's like an open ending that gives us to understand that they could be more than friends in the future. Hanni: she likes a youtube dancer, she invites him to the party because she wants to meet him and see his face, her friends encourage her but at the end the guy turns out to be a girl and she is a little disappointed, but she accepts him and shakes his hand as a sign of friendship. Haerin and Danielle: the same boy is playing with both of them, while Danielle likes the boy, Haerin is not very interested in him (this is seen at the beginning when she writes to both of them) but they realize that he is flirting with both of them and want to teach him a lesson, because their friendship is stronger than any boy who thinks he is the big deal because he is a jock. Hyein: She likes an asthmatic boy and cartoonist, thinks he's deep and lonely, wants him to be her first kiss and at the party goes to find him to get to know him more, only to find out he's a jerk who makes fun of her and her friends. In summary: Of all the stories it could be hinted that Minji is the only one who could maybe have something with her crush (I think it's a parallel with her being the oldest) and Hanni that while it wasn't what she expected (she is disappointed), it doesn't stop her from having another friend and admiring her for being a good dancer, which shows maturity in her. While Hyein is the only one who ends up sad, Haerin and Danielle are happy because they took revenge.

Ok and about the texts around 18:50 yeah basically they’re like "I can’t believe that guy" "is he really mocking us rn" "@hyein isn’t that the one you liked? Fr?" (not sure on that last one, don’t really know what 모자애 means here but I think that’s generally it) (btw if anyone can correct me, please do!) And about the pronounciation for hyein: think of the hye part as hey but e and y switched, so like "hee-ye" but fast and the 2nd syllable is basically just "een", hope it helps :)

@@ElliottNewVillage this is only my interpretation okay. so basically at the start when the guys gave his number minji starts crushing on the guy thats why the heart at the top of her head turned green(matching the boy’s hair color). she then turned painted her nails green to show interest but when she saw the guy’s hair turned pink she hides it in her pockets. the guy then draw faces on her nails to make her feel better i guess? i actually can’t figure the ending but i like to think its a happy ending 😅

I think everyone already gave their two cents about Minji's version, but I do see the ending as a good ending, a bit ambiguous. Yes, he's friendly with everyone but I think the key difference is that he has writings on his arms BECAUSE he's friendly and he fell asleep. But Minji is the only one (that we know of) that he wrote his name on. We see no instances of him writing on others. So I think that showed his interest in Minji and did make her special. I also love how Hanni's version is queer coded.
