For those that don't know. You can build full percent pen and still build and get the protection shred from executioner. So you could have a total of 61 percentage penetration. Executioner is a debuff on the enemy

it shouldnt come out to an even 61 percent cuz exe removes 21% then you go through 40% of whats left so say you have 100 prots youd really have 52.6% pen (100-21)*0.6=47.4% prots

You can but it generally isn't worth to build Exe since it's last nerf. It's a very situational pickup now.

You can’t tell the exact number unless you add up the damage you’ve done after you’ve killed it, but it gets tankier every time you kill it.
