Yes and no. I think the biggest problem in the modern day is people focus too much to find ultimate answer to reach happiness. Everyone is pretending to be an expert and social media is plenty of content saying they find the secret 3 steps to get there. Exactly, just like this video. We are not a lost generation, nothing is white or black, there are no fast track to happiness and actually happiness means different things as we don’t necessarily dream about the same thing! Growing up, you realize that parents doesn’t know the absolute truth so neither the pretended expert on social media. People, just live your life. 😊

Very well said 👏 Thank you for sharing. In my opinion, we are best and at our best when we avoid the extremes- co-dependency to the point of not knowing who we are and arrogant hyper- independence (I like this term, thanks) forgetting that we are social creatures.
