This took forever. I actually had to switch to mouse and keyboard, mute my sfx, and do the trick where you just dash over the recharge panel instead of running laps. At the time I was listening to a metronome going 250 bps and that really helped a lot. Aside from that, there's no other tricks to doing this thing short of hotkeying. The only way to do it is to just fucking do it.
