HYPER-Realistic Neon Glow Effects using Affinity Photo

Next level glow! Combine black and white gradient outlines with a blend mode to achieve this amazing glow effect.
First i'll demonstrate the basics and share some methods and at some point it may become confusing :) but make sure you watch until the end on how to apply this glow effect super easy.

Nice, really like creating these type of effects. BTW, another method for having a gradient around the vector path is by using quick FX 'outline'. Set the type to 'contour' and then you can set a gradient.

Thank you! The reason why i didnt include the brushes file is that the brushes cannot be imported to Photo :(

mmm , i cant understand quite at all , at the first of the video you show us , how to change the glow color , but the video only you keep it red ones , or maybe i didnt understand something or miss something....

The glow color is determined by the first fill with the gradient. You can change the color of the gradient background to any color and the glow color will adapt. You are right, i forgot to shot that in the video.
