This was a dark time for the Chiefs. From 2007-2012, they were a laughingstock outside of one fluky season. It's amazing how much Andy Reid turned that franchise around

@cesar9496 Yeah that was right before this time period. The Dick Vermeil-Trent Green era produced some great offenses, but their defenses were always terrible

This 2008 team just straight up didn’t care about the QB position entering the year following a disappointing 4-12 season in 2007 To no surprise they go 2-14 with Tyler Thigpen, Brodie Croyle, and a veteran Damon Huard.

@cesar9496 Yep Tony Gonzalez too. They put up alot of yards, but didn't win any playoff games. Edwards was hired in 2006 and got fired after 2008.

dude put up 1,500 yards for a 2-14 team while having just torn his acl the season before. and it wasn't even the most impressive running back accomplishment that year as adrian peterson torched the league for 2k yards after his own acl tear. charles would probably be better remembered if not for that

The 2008 Dolphins had one of the five best single season turnarounds in NFL history. From being a punchline at 1-15 in 2007 to 11-5 and AFC East Champions in 2008. Their defense along with their rushing offense was phenomenal that season.

@@seanw99I was at that game. If I recall it was -10F outside and tickets were dirt cheap. We lost the game on a last second FG by Ryan Succup. Lots of upset fans that sat through that cold.

Fun fact.. chad Pennington lost the Punt, Pass, kick competition to a 12 yr old Maria Rodriguez. She actually only under threw his score by 7 yards and demolished him in the kicking competitions. She won dolphins season tickets as a result .

💥💥To be honest with you I've never heard of that Kansas City Chiefs quarterback ever Tyler thigpen who the heck is that. I used to be a die-hard NFL football fans in my early 20s during this time Madden franchise, NFL 2K, nfl fever franchise mode. I knew the majority of all the players from every team for the most part who the heck is Tyler thigpen?
