I had diabetic wounds, however, what they don’t tell you is that Medicare only covers hyperbaric oxygen therapy. If you have bone infections, the problem is with toes. I had most of mine amputated so they decided to not treat an infection to try to get me approved for oxygen therapywas sepsis. I was diagnosed with three days on my floor ended up in the hospital for a month and then another six weeks at my home. I’m still paying the bills.

This isn’t a joke. Please if you read this, take it seriously. Had Covid Dec 2020, and have always felt bad after. My chest hurt if I did anything physically in the gym. And now hopefully I’ll make it out.

How will this treat the extreme inflammation in my intestines, bloating, acid reflux, heartburn, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and extreme weight loss??? I understand that a lot of people with long covid have brain issues but not everyone. It causes inflammation throughout the entire body and attacks several organ systems.

Where are you located? They have medically approved Hyperbaric Oxygen centers across the USA. Find which one is closest to you. Make sure you do Hyperbaric chambers that are hard shelled Chambers only. Those are the only scientifically proven ones to help with long Covid. The soft shelled inflatable chambers are not for medical use - they're for recreational use for athletes, etc. Not for individuals who are really sick and need serious help.

The virus appears to be triggering an inflammatory innate immune response via Increased TLR4 /MyD88 signalling. This can cause increased release of the stress hormone Cortisol. Studies have found that Cortisol impairs the efficiency with which antigen is presented on Dendritic cells . The mechanism of this impairment is shown to be via a reduction in the generation of antigenic peptide from virally expressed protein. This impairment of antigen processing and presentation by cortisol was also observed in non-immune cells, suggesting that stress may affect essential cellular protein management functions in all cells, and having possible implications for neurological or other diseases that may result from aberrant protein processing.Cortisol has also been found to lower IL-8 and interferon gamma all of which can impair the immune response to the Covid infection. Currently one of the few recognised treatments for Covid is Dexamethasone. Dexamethasone both inhibits TLR4 proteins and at a single dose of 8mg maximises the blockage of Cortisol 24 hours after administration. Vitamin D lowers the expression of TLR4 proteins and blocks the release of Cortisol. Magnesium, Vitamin C, B12 and B9 (folic acid) all help lower Cortisol. It has also been found that IL-8 cytokine levels are lower in Covid than other viral and bacterial diseases eg Flu, Sepsis. This maybe part of the viruses mechanism of disease. What may also help is the amino acid Betaine. It comes in 2 forms Betaine TMG (the natural form) and Betaine HCL ( the synthetic form) Betaine can lower Cortisol, inhibit TLR4 proteins, lower key cytokines IL-18 (found to be high in Covid ICU patients and can cause inflammation, deep vein thrombosis and cause release of histamine from Mast Cells) IL-1b and TNF-a. ( Cortisol can cause TNF-a inflammation by causing muscle cells to stop using glucose and start degranulating proteins) The difference with Betaine HCL is that it also increases IL-8 cytokines. This promote CD4 and CD8 T Cells to help if there is viral persistence but can cause inflammation. Cortisol can increase ROS. This can lead to oxidative stress in cells leading to increased extracellular ATP causing increased levels of IL-18 cytokines. Cortisol is also correlated with Homocysteine. Homocysteine can cause brain shrinkage, hardening of blood vessels causing blood clots, is linked to increased risk of COPD and Alzheimer’s, platelet activation and with the original SARS the virus was found to be infecting the ACE2 receptors of cells in the endothelial wall. In response Homocysteine increased the adhesive molecules on immune cells binding them to the infection causing inflammation. Possibly talk to you doctor about the following. 1. Taking a combination of 4,000 IU of Vitamin D3, C, B12, B9, B5,B6 and magnesium and zinc. (This combination treats adrenal fatigue but also vitamin D blocks the release of Cortisol and lowers the expression of TLR4 proteins) 2. For high blood pressure it has been found that drinking twice daily 250 ml of water with 1/4 teaspoon of salt. This will help to increase electrolytes to treat adrenal fatigue and the virus may be hijacking the protease the body uses to regulate salt and water absorption. 3. Taking a gradual increasing dosage of Betaine HCL (500mg) with Pepsin (24mg) Betaine HCL inhibits TLR4 proteins, lowers key cytokines IL-18, IL1-b and TNF-a. It also increases IL-8 cytokines that promote T Cell immune response. (In a form of TB IL-8 cytokines were found to bind to the infection and stimulate a CD4+ and CD8 T Cell response) It reverses insulin resistance and lowers cellular atp. Betaine also lowers cortisol and homocysteine and increases testosterone needed to regulate systematic inflammation. Betaine HCL with pepsin is ineffective at low dosage but must only be considered under medical supervision as it can affect cellular atp needed to provide energy to cells and the body and also increases IL-8 cytokines that can cause inflammation in blood vessels. It cannot be take with aspirin, ibuprofen, Tylenol, steroids or Pepcid Famotidine as it can cause bleeding and ulceration to the stomach. It also cannot be taken during pregnancy. The dosage is 1 pill with each meal 3 times per day gradually increasing to 2 pills depending on tolerance. If the higher dosage causes nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea then lower the dosage. Any medication should only be considered under medical supervision. I hope this information helps. If Betaine HCL is ineffective then possibly look at Betaine TMG. Again it lowers cortisol and inhibits TLR4 and MyD88 pathways and lowers these key cytokines and reduces inflammation

When you have a chronic illness, out come the desperate turns to quack medicine. The official guidance should be to wear a mask whenever outside the home, avoid reinfection.
@weirdsciencetv4999
@weirdsciencetv4999 Жыл бұрын
@@jasonwalter4213 is this sarcasm? You don’t have to wear a mask inside the home if everyone in the household wears a mask when out and about. I’m pretty sure you’re just a troll at this point, but you want to avoid repeated infections to avoid getting disabled by long covid. As far as I can tell, long covid is the result of permanent damage to the body- there won’t be any real, effective treatments for that. Just half measures attempting to manage a chronic illness.
@weirdsciencetv4999
@weirdsciencetv4999 Жыл бұрын
@@jasonwalter4213 i have been wearing a properly fit N95 mask, so have all members in the household. We have been free of covid all three years. Granted we got lucky when the initial guidance did not distinguish between cloth masks, surgical 3 ply and N95 masks. Definitely the US is foolhardy for adopting a vaccine only approach. What kinda baffles me is how people take their masks off to eat around other people outside their own household, as if covid calls a truce for lunch. Be safe as you can my friend. The name of the game should be trying to get infected as few times as possible. If everyone took even basic precaution of wearing a mask when outside the home, this pandemic would be under control and in the background. What’s insane is that people chose to just deny there is a problem, take no precautions at all other than assuming they only have to get vaccinated. I recommend getting vaxxed to reduce the chance of death, but certainly it doesn’t protect against long covid to any real effect.

@@REALAIEMPIRE it’s a quack treatment when the only effect is a placebo one. All of these hopeful stories are just hail mary attempts. Narrative should be to advise people to avoid reinfection, use N95 masks when outside the home. The pandemic is going to create a zombie apocalypse of people with chronic health issues, and diverse ones at that. Covid gets in, knocks a lot of stuff around before getting out. There wont be one disease to treat, it will be chronic health problems involving a number of systems and the treatment will be different for everyone.
