Fun fact: upon translating the stage name. JP also has this stage but instead it is labeled merciless which make sense because the stage is full of aku enemies.

@@TOY71 it's just a mistranslation. It happened to malevolent stages and the neo wanwan stages. The jp name for extreme and insane are very similar: Insane: 超激ムズ, Chō Geki Muzu Merciless: 超極ムズ, Chō Goku Muzu
