Great review. I actually cancelled my order for this Evil Lyn due the wrong skin colour and lack of cape. Such a shame Mattel dropped the ball with this one....

Thank You. I hear ya on the skin color. I kinda wanted a more natural tone. It's not bad tho.

Anything over 50 bucks is too much for action figures, usually... I did get an (Overpriced) Judge Dredd, cause it's a grail. Ahem. Don't generally collect Cartoon Collection, I do want Evil-Lyn and Teela. Perhaps Beast Man and Stratos. Otherwise I find this offshoot sort of flat. More into Turtles of Grayskull. Oh and the Seahawk when it comes out since I've always wanted a Seahawk and likely Bow too.

I agree, action figure collecting shouldn’t be a constant whale hunt by the manufacturers. This used to be a cheap hobby. I’ve bought a few vintage figures, but have yet to pay higher than $30… but I also haven’t bought anything huge. I have to say, if the cartoon collection had come out before Origins, it’d have saved me a crud ton of money. But I agree that ToG is the best MOTU has done yet. I’m not dipping into the Silverhawks… Super7 looks like they did a great job on them, but I didn’t get into them when I was a kid and I wasn’t a fan of the cartoon, so the nostalgia-pull just isn’t there for me. Tho I am kinda interested in those Target exclusive Thundercat figs they’re doing. But I haven’t seen them in the wild yet.

She's fantastic... I keep trying to justify making her a pocket figure but I just dont wanna risk messing her up.
