Yep! I could count on one hand the number of people who have said they recognized him, and I use this pfp for basically everything. Aquanox was one of the first PC games I ever played, so I'm very fond of it.

@@Chimerathon Can relate. For me, it's in the TOP10. I mean, those were Vangers (and later on, Perimeter), Doom, Hexen, Heretic, WC2, HoMM3, NFS4 and... Well, AquaNox! Such beauty! Me and my big bro got the disk on the New Year's Eve and we got to spend almost the entire night playing. Very rare - usually, Father would limit our playtime to 30-45 minutes. And it was so, so beautiful. That loading screen with Sally is etched into my memory. Like, it was part of that era's charm, wasn't it? More intricate artstyle on the loading screens, something simpler in-game. In AquaNox's case, a somewhat gaunt, somnambulic beauty on the Ls, and a 'girl next door' in-game... Ah, Sally)))) *AHEM!* Sorry about that. But yeah, it is a great and extremely underappreciated IP. I never checked out the Deep Descent in the end (maybe I'll look up some playthroughs first), but the first two games will forever hold a special spot in my heart. I never got around to play the Archimedean Dynasties, though.
